Are you wanting to learn about living a healthy lifestyle?
This workshop is created around what is best for a healthy lifestyle. We will talk about a range of different things from health and
wellbeing to exercise and meditation.
Some of our participants have been with CLA for many years. Some even being with us right from the start, 32 years ago. As some of our
participants age, they are now focused on living a healthy and long life.
One of our participants wanted to explore all elements of health & well-being; from exercise, healthy eating
and meditation.
We have created a workshop to address all of these elements so that participants are able to learn and build their own independent
skills to live a long and healthy lifestyle.
